So much of my life has been spent in a close relationship with my sister-in-law Leah. We have always been there for each other and shared many happy times, especially holidays: Malta, when I was living there with my family, Seaways in Polperro, an idyllic retreat during school holidays, bowls in Spain, and numerous bridge weekends. A talented lady, whatever Leah took an interest in, she excelled at. She was an excellent Bridge partner of mine for many years and she became Ladies Vice Captain at Cowplain Bowls Club. Leah was a very brave lady, whose memory I will treasure.
